Part of recovery is addressing issues with a sense of immediacy and we can accommodate those individuals looking to take on treatment immediately. We utilize a multidisciplinary treatment team approach including Addiction Physicians, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Pharmacists and other allied health professionals.

Methadone Maintenance Treatment

Methadone is a long-acting opioid medication. It’s an effective and legal substitute for heroin or other narcotics. It helps to stabilize the lives of people who are dependent on opiates and reduce the harm related to drug use. It also helps them return to a stable social, economic and home environment.

Alcohol-Craving Management

Alcohol craving management can help to manage the withdrawal symptoms and impulses to drink that are associated with alcohol use disorder. Being able to manage alcohol cravings assists in breaking patterns of behavior that perpetuate alcohol addiction.

Suboxone Maintenance Treatment

Suboxone is a combination pill, composed of both buprenorphine and naloxone. It is available in two strengths, 2 mg (buprenorphine) / 0.5 mg (naloxone) as well as 8 mg (buprenorphine / 2 mg naloxone).

Stimulant Replacement Therapy

Stimulant replacement therapy can be used to treat cocaine, methamphetamine, amphetamine and other stimulant dependence by replacing illicit substances with safer therapeutic medications monitored by physicians.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

The goal of medication-assisted treatment is to maintain and manage individuals with Substance Use Disorder and decrease the negative symptoms, lifestyle choices, and the associated health risks of addiction.

Addiction Counselling

We offer access to individual and group counselling for youth, adults and family members. Options can be discussed with your treatment and recovery team.

Point-of-Care Testing

Onsite testing to determine if you have been exposed to the Hepatitis C virus can be done immediately. Bloodwork and treatment options are available for those who have been exposed or tested positive for Hepatitis C.

Children's Aid Services Support

Assistance and support with the child protection services may be available to those who qualify. Options can be discussed with your treatment and recovery team.

Psychiatry Referral Services

Professional psychiatry services may be accessible. Options would be made available by your treatment and recovery team.

Ontario Works & Ontario Disability Support Program

Assistance and support with Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program may be available to those who qualify. Options can be discussed with your treatment and recovery team.
